We offer classes in Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Kenshin Kan Karate. This is a very traditional style of martial arts that comes from Grandmaster Fusei Kise. Our karate focuses on safety awareness, self-discipline, self-confidence, coordination, respect, physical fitness, and setting goals, all while students learn empty hand karate, kobudo (Okinawan weapons), and tuite (self-defense/grappling).
